- Now take a Heat pan,put 1 tsp ghee,let it hot,add basen roast it in slow flame golden colour.

- Remove it from the flame & add all remain things except ghee.
- Mix & mash it properly.let it cool.
- Take kneaded dough,make medium balls from this.
- Make hole inside it & stuff prepared stuffing in it and roll it again.
- Make all baties like this.make cross on the top of bati.
- Keep it in preheated oven at 180 for 50 miniutes.during this mathod flip it all sides.
- When it will looks golden red. Take it out from the oven.
- Crush it,pours some ghee & serve it with chokha.
- Chokha is made by roasted potatoes,& brinjle.mix onion, garlic, tomato,Green,chilli,& coriander.by adding salt, mustred oil etc.
- It is an authentic dish,loved by everyone.
