  3. Take a muslin cloth and place on a bowl. Drain off the curdle milk on it If you have used lemon juice, Rinse the curdle extrect under running water.
  4. Squeeze off the excess water from it. Make a knot of the cloth, hang it for sometime to drain up excess dripping whey.
  5. Take this on the plate and mash or rub with the hands for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Add the sugar and cardamom powder on it and mix well.
  7. Take a non sticky pan and add the mixture on it. Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low medium flame.
  8. When it cools down. knead lightly. Now roll them to balls.
  9. Garnish with the pistachio,Almonds,and saffron.
  10. Refrigerate for few time and serve.
