- Add butter and oil in a wok or pan, add the Marinated chicken in it and cook on low yo medium flame till chicken cook and tender. Add capsicum and tomatoes cubes and cook for another 2 Minutes.
- At last, smoke with burnt coal for 10 Minutes. Here our creamy Malai Boti is ready to serve.
