  3. Now pour mixture on mutton. Spread & cover on both side on mutton. Marinate for overnight or 3-4 hours at least.
  4. Take a pot adds oil and place mutton in it and cover it to cook until soft. Cook from both side.
  5. Mutton Roast is ready.Serve with salad, Naan or Rice.
