  2. Add 1/2 cup of ghee and mix well.
  3. Now knead tight dough using water.

  5. Now again give bunches to dough and make small equal size balls.
  6. Now preheat microwave, and bake all balls at 180 degree for 23 minutes.
  7. Now transfer all baked bati to rest of the ghee.
  8. Bati is ready.
  9. For dal- take all dal. Wash and soak for 30 minutes.
  10. Now add salt,turmeric powder and 1 and 1/2 cup of water.
  11. Take 4 whistles at medium flame.
  12. Keep it aside so that pressure comes out.
  13. Heat ghee in pan.
  14. Cracker cumin seeds and hing.
  15. Add degi mirch, chilli powder and garam masala.
  16. Transfer this to cooked dal.
  17. In last squeeze lemon juice and garnish with green coriander.
  18. Dal is ready serve it with bati.
