- Then take another large bowl. Add wheat flour, ghee,salt, sugar. Mix well. Add water as required. Now make a dough like roti Dough.
- Now take a portion of Dough.give round shape. Make cavity in center. Fill with filling. And cover it gently. Now make all bati like this. Give Steam it for 2 minutes. Now take out from Steamer. And fry it in hot oil. Fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. Ready to serve ππ.
