- Next add the vegetables you are using and cook them for 5-6 mins. Add 1/2 tsp of salt, biriyani masala, garam masala, mint and coriander leaves. Toss it all to mix well. Toss in the nuts and raisins.
- Finally add the rice and toss gently to mix, taking care not to break the rice. Add the freshly ground black pepper. Adjust salt to taste. Cook for few more minutes till the rice is heated through.
- Serve hot with raita and pappad.
