  1. FOR BATI mix all ingredients make a tight dough rest for 10 minutes
  2. Now make small balls…make a dump in middle…put them on bati oven…bake till lightly hard…and brown….
  3. After baked all…drop them in desi ghee…enjoy with daal
  4. FOR CHURMA…..mix flour..oil..and water….make a tight dough…keep aside for 10 minutes…
  5. Take a pan…add oil..or ghee..now make roughly muthiya from dough….fry them on medium heat till golden brown…
  6. Cool them all…after cool them grind well…mix castor sugar…cardmom…coconut…or dry fruits if you want…pour ghee…and enjoy
  7. FOR daal…mostly we make..urad chana daal…you can make…your choice daal.
