- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a nonstick fry pan or tawa, add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let them crackle
- Now add 1 chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes
- Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes
- Now add chopped carrot,capsicum and tomatoes mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes with lid till tomatoes get soft
- Now open the lid and add dry spices,gram masala,pav bhaji masala,salt,and red chilli powder mix well add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Now add boiled potatos and peas in masala mix well and saute fo 1 or 2 minutes
- Add cooked rice mix well…and cook for 2-3 minutes and its done, serve hot
