  5. Now, we take grill pan and grease with oil then put chicken and cook at medium heat then turn off heat and keep aluminium foil and place burn a piece of coal, pour some drops of oil. Cover the pan for around 5 minutes.
  6. Finally our malai boti is ready, serve and enjoy.
