- Atta me ghee ka moyan dalke namak ajvain dalke kadak atta banaoa.
- Uska peda banao.. Jiski size badi ho.
- Baad me pede ko boil karo.. upar ajane ke baad me pede ko nikal do.
- Ab bati cooker lo, sare pede bati cooker me rakh do.. Side bhi steam karo ab bati ko plats me nikalo and bhich me hole kar do.
- Us hole meGhee dalo 2 to 3 spoon.. Ab bati ready he.. ye dalbati ke sath lahsun-tamatar ki chatni bahot hi taste add karti hai.
- Chutney, pyas and buttermilk bhi sath me prepare karo.
- Sweet hai, toh uske sath kha sakte hai. Rajasthani log meal k baad me sweets pasand karte hai.
