- In a non stick wok, add oil to shallow fry the balls. Keep the flame on medium low. Meanwhile make small balls from the dough.
- Add the balls into pre heated oil one by one. When each ball raises up, move them with a light hand with the help of a spatula. When they turn golden brown, remove from oil and add into boiling sugar syrup. Turn off the flame of syrup and cover it for 10 minutes.
- Remove the gulab jamun into serving bowls. Garnish as you like. Serve lukewarm or chilled.
