Instructions to make Masa da Miyar Taushe:
- For this breakfast menu, we start in the night π Soak the rice in water for 3-4 hours. Wash and blend till very smooth.
- Mix flour and yeast and add to the blended rice. Mix very well. Cover and allow to stay overnight. This should be done late in the night.
- For the soup, blend the pepper, tomatoes and onion. Add half cup oil and fry the veggie a little.
- Cook the pumpkin and meat with a little salt and onion and cook. Mix the veggies and the pumpkin together and add required water. Add salt and Maggi and allow to boil.
- Add grounded groundnut and allow to cook well.
- Add curry and make it taste good π Keep till morning.
- In the morning, add water, sugar, baking powder and small amount of potassium alum water in the blended rice and mix well.
- Place your masa pan. Sprinkle oil and start to fry. Turn when it is done.
