  5. Steam Idli for 15-20 minutes. First 5 minutes on high flame and next 15 minutes on medium flame.
  6. After 20 minutes switch off the flame and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Take out idlis from the stand and serve hot with coconut and curry leaves chutney.
