- Cut into 4 cm x 1 cm pieces. Twist each piece 2 times.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at a 160℃ oven to finish!! (I used a gas oven.)
- You can make different variations using cocoa, cinnamon, powdered coconut, kinako, coffee, black tea, and skim milk.
- Here are two variations together: plain and coffee. These ones are a bit overbaked…
- I think you can twist them 3 times. For the coating, I used sugar crystals that are rougher than granulated sugar. They're super sparkly!

- I chopped the dough into 10cm × 3mm × 3mm pieces. Then I coated them with chocolate and diced almonds to make almond "Pocky".
