- Next add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off and add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum and saute till it becomes soft.
- Next add all the spices and mix well and saute for a minute and then add the cooked veggies and mix well smashed the veggies nicely and add chopped coriander leaves. The bhaji is ready keep in side.Don't add any water as we want to keep it try.
- After the dough proofed punch it and make roll soft and make small dough ball and flat in your palms or roll on any flat surface and put bhaji stuffing in centre and add grated cheese along with the bhaji and close it and make round bun shape make this way and keep in a baking tray by spreading some flour on that and place all the buns and keep in oven for 20minutes on 200° and brush milk on top of every bun.
