- In a pressure cooker, boil around 200 g of pasta and half cup of corn. Semi-boil horizontally chopped vegetables like brocolli, carrot and baby corn in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
- Take another frying pan and heat 2 tbsp olive oil in it and add garlic in it (crushed). Add other vegetables like bell peppers, beans, zucchini, capsicum, red cabbage, etc. Once these vegetables are sauteed, add the vegetables you boiled in Step 2. Add 2 tbsp of Pizza Pasta Sauce, 2 Tsp Chilli Sauce, 2 Tsp Black Pepper and Salt, Oregano and Chilli Flakes according to taste.
- Then add your boiled pasta and corn to this concoction and stir well. While serving, add white sauce to it and mix it well.
- Put grated cheese on top of this pasta, put in the microwave for a minute and your hot pasta is ready to serve.
