- Boil 2 cups of water for 1 cup of ragi. Also add pinch of oil to this boiling water

- Add this bowl mixture to the boiling water and stir it continuously for 3 minutes. Once the mixture is mixed well turn of the heat transfer this to a big bowl and allow it to cool
- Once mixture is cooled down make ur paw sized small balls
- Take a non stick pan apply oil to the entire pan and place this ball on the pan and tap it till it spreads and occupies the entire tawa.
- Now on the heat and allow it to cook… it takes close to 4 minutes to cook on 1 side. U can also cover the tawa with the lid for fast cooking
- Turn off the head and serve ragi rotti with coconut chatni or sambar ๐
