  6. Now its time to make patties (you should be able to make 6 patties for 250 gms soya)
  7. Add ghee to a pan and on a medium flame shallow fry the patties (Remember Patience is virtue) it will take few mins to get cooked on both the sides. Note: do not fry on high flame you will burn the patties from out side and the inner part will be raw.
  8. Serve the kebab with chopped onions and mint and curd chutney or some hung curd.
