  3. Add this bowl mixture to the boiling water and stir it continuously for 3 minutes. Once the mixture is mixed well turn of the heat transfer this to a big bowl and allow it to cool
  4. Once mixture is cooled down make ur paw sized small balls
  5. Take a non stick pan apply oil to the entire pan and place this ball on the pan and tap it till it spreads and occupies the entire tawa.
  6. Now on the heat and allow it to cook… it takes close to 4 minutes to cook on 1 side. U can also cover the tawa with the lid for fast cooking
  7. Turn off the head and serve ragi rotti with coconut chatni or sambar 😊
