  2. Now heat oil in a wolk. Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and asafoetida to it and let it cool for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it. And mix it and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Now add potato to it and mix it. And cook fir 2 minutes by covering.
  5. Now add coriander leaves to it and again cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame by covering.
  6. Satvik jeera aloo is ready. Serve it with fulka.
