  1. Add maida and ghee in a bowl and make a soft dough by adding little water to it. Rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Take a roti, put 1 teaspoon of stuffing at the center of the roti and cover another roti and fold the edges to make a design of chandrakala.
  5. Meanwhile heat enough ghee in a pan and fry the chandrakala sweet on slow flame till they become golden and crispy.
  6. Make a 2 string syrup in a pan by adding water and sugar.
  7. Dip the fried chandrakalas in sugar syrup for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take out chandrakala from the syrup.
  8. Delicious sweet 'Chandrakala' is ready to be served!!
