  8. Cool the mixture for 15 minutes
  9. Make a medium thick slury by mixing cornflour and water
  10. Now make medium balls from the mixture
  11. Dip each ball into the slury and roll them in dry bread crumbs
  12. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets in hot oil until golden brown
  13. Serve hot
