- Take 1/2 cup maida (flour)

Steps to make Bathure:
- Take a bowl add all the ingredients of rising dough Knead it well for 5 minutes then cover with wet clothes keep in 6 to 8 hours (overnight) in a warm place.
- After that take a bowl add flour maida, baking powder and 1/2 glass of wayer to make liquid mixture.
- Now Knead the dough with this liquid mixture and the dough for proofing at night for 5 minutes than cover with wet clothes then keep in warm place for 1 hour.
- Next make stuffing for this dough,take a bowl add all the ingredients of stuffing dough mix it well than mashed it by spoon and keep aside.
- Now after 1 hour take a dough make a ball (i m taking 2 large size ball, u can make 3 small balls of dough also)stuff 2 tbsp of mixture and again make a ball rolling it like a roti than fry in wok until it becomes golden brown it's colour.
- Hot bathora s’will be ready to serve with chanay and chilled lassi,enjoy it.
