- Make ready 1 cup milk
- Take 1 cup yogurt
- Prepare 2 tbsp sugar
- Make ready 1/4 tsp salt

Chole Bhature with a glass of Lassi Best food for breakfast.!! Oil should always be smoking hot for bhature to fluff up nicely. If needed just lower to medium heat while frying. But while dropping inside, oil has to be hot.
Instructions to make Bhature with chanay and lassi:
- Take a kharai and add oil and onion sauté it for 3 minutes than add ginger garlic paste stir it the add all the ingredients stir it continuely.
- Now add 1/4 cup mash boiled channay stir it add a little bit of water than stir it continuely cook it well.
- Now add all the chick peas stir it continuely add 1/2 cup of water and cook on high flame, when water is evaporated than add Garam Masala powder, green chilli, julienne ginger and Corriender leaves dum it for 5 minutes.
- Now chanay will be ready to serve with heat bhature, pickle and onions, with chilled lassi, enjoy it.
