  4. Jeera aloo.. Boil potatoes and cut into cubes. In a pan add oil jeera and asafoetida. Add curry leaves, chopped chilli and turmeric. Add boiled potatoes and salt. Saute it for a while. Garnish with coriander..
  5. Baigan chutney.. Rub oil on Brinjal and roast it until cooked. Remove skin. Mash it adding ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and salt. Baigan chutney ready to serve.
