- Dahi Tikhari.. In a pan add 1 tsp oil. Add cumin and mustard seeds. Add turmeric and red chilli powder and pour curd over it. Add salt. Tikhari is ready to serve.
- Jeera aloo.. Boil potatoes and cut into cubes. In a pan add oil jeera and asafoetida. Add curry leaves, chopped chilli and turmeric. Add boiled potatoes and salt. Saute it for a while. Garnish with coriander..
- Baigan chutney.. Rub oil on Brinjal and roast it until cooked. Remove skin. Mash it adding ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and salt. Baigan chutney ready to serve.
