- One side take one pan add water add sugar, elaichi powder,saffron boil nicely make little thick chasni
- Now take jalebi maker or cone put batter inside and cut one side put ghee in the pan fry jalebis and dip it in chasni.
- After 10 mints take out jalebi from the chasni
- Yoghurt chutney: Take one bowl add yoghurt add besan mix well take one pan add little oil add curry leaves, coriander, green chillies add yoghurt boil it add salt add tadka switch the gas
- Carrot salad: grate carrot and cook add salt little red chilli powder mix well ready to serve with fry green chillies
