Steps to make Pana cotta:
  1. Melt gelatine in water and set aside, warm the cream, milk and sugar on low flame and keep stirring in intervals till small bubbles appear on the sides you can see in the pic.
  2. As soon as cream starts bubbling remove from the stove and add the melted gelatine and stir properly.
  3. Use a sieve and pour in glass or bowl and let it cool in fridge for few hours. After its set add strawberry couli or any fruits you want to add and serve cold
