  1. Wash your beef and kpomo and cook until tender and fry
  2. Ground your egusi into powder
  3. Wash and chop your spinach and set aside
  4. Wash and blend bell pepper,onions and garlic
  5. Heat oil in a pot and pour in your paste and fry for some minutes
  6. Add in water and beef stock,season with salt,curry,maggi and spices and cook for some minutes
  7. Mix your egusi with some water and mould into balls
  8. Pour the balls into the soup and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Then use a spoon to break off the cook moulded egusi
  10. Add in beef,kpomo, spinach and simmer
  11. Serve with any swallow of your choice
