Spring Roll Dosa got its name as Dosa is filled with the same filling which we use for Chinese Spring rolls and is cut in a similar way as the Spring. Spring Dosa is little unique from normal dosa recipes. You can choose your favorite vegetables and stuff it in a normal dosa with a little twist. I generally make it at the time of breakfast or sometimes.

Instructions to make Spring Dosa:
  1. First prepare stuffing..in kadhai add and heat oil add chopped vegetables mentioned in ingredients..add salt and saute for 2 minutes. Add chilli sauce, red chilli powder and soya sauce mix and add boiled noodles.. mix well. Keep aside. Make 4 portions.
  2. Heat nonstick dosa tawa, grease with oil,swipe with tissue paper. Pour 1 cup of dosa batter in centre..spread in circular motion toward the edge of tawa…(keep the flame low). Sprinkle 1 tbsp melted butter or ghee on dosa.
  3. Mix all sauce together to make spicy spread mixture. As the upper side of prepared dosa become little dry..spread 3-4 tbsp of prepared spicy sauce as shown. Keep one portion of spring veg stuffing on it as shown…in center.
  4. On the dosa tawa to medium flame. As the lower side become crispy..fold it from both sides.
  5. Serve Hot Spring Dosa with coconut chutney.
  6. For coconut chutney..grind all mentioned ingredients in mixer jar to coarse mixture..add enough water or milk to make chutney.
