Steps to make Voodoo chicken:
  1. Start by brining chicken 4-24 hours ahead of time with 1 cup kosher salt, cup of sugar, Tbsp paprika,Tbsp of cumin, garlic powder, black pepper.

  9. Add a little water in the bottom of the pan
  10. create cover for chicken using foil
  11. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
  12. Turn oven down to 375
  13. bake for an hour
  14. Remove foil. Bake until skin is brown and crispy.
  15. Remove from oven. Let rest 20 minutes before carving.
  16. Light a candle.
  17. Pour some Rum.
