  6. In a wok, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. When seeds start to sputter add onion and capsicum. Cook for few mins and then add grated carrots.
  7. When veggies are semi cooked, add salt and pepper and cooked idlis. Serve hot with coconut or mint chutney.
