Instructions to make Fried veggies with garlic rice:
  1. At first chopped the veggies and together all ingredients
  2. Add oil in a pan then add chopped garlic cloves and garlic powder then when garlic golden brown then add chopped tomatoes
  3. Then cover and when tomatoes tenderize then mashed them well… Now add cubes of potato and carrots
  4. Then add all veggies and add all spices then cover for 15 to 20 min until potato tenderize then add soya and chilli sauce
  5. And then add chopped green chillies and spring onions and mix and cook for 5 min then shut the stove and put aside
  6. Now for preparing rice soak the rice for 10 min in water then add them in the pan and add water and salt let them boil it will take almost 15 min to be boiled
  7. Now rince it's water and add butter in a pan when it's melt then add chopped garlic and garlic powder
  8. Then add spring onions and stir for 2 to 2 min then add boiled rice and mix put them on dum for 5 min then serve with fried veggies
  9. Then serve with fried veggies..
