Chilli Tofu is based off an Indo-Chinese recipe called Chilli Paneer. This is a spicy, saucy blend of Indian spices and Chinese condiments, and the star, of course, is the paneer, an Indian cottage. Tofu chili is the best vegan chili you will ever eat!

Tofu chilli is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Tofu chilli is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook tofu chilli using 6 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu chilli:
  1. Prepare 100 gram Tofu
  2. Take Vegetables : 1 cup : capsicum 2 TSP chillies, 1cup : cabbage everything chopped
  3. Prepare Soya sauce 1 1/2 TSP, vinegar 1/2 TSP, red chilli and green chilli sauce 1 TbSP, salt to taste
  4. Take 2-4 TSP corn flour
  5. Prepare 2-3 TSP olive oil
  6. Prepare 2-3 tbsp water

Chili Garlic Tofu Bowls are a flavor filled healthy lunch that you can pre-pack for your week ahead. So, I prepared these Chili Garlic Tofu Bowls to eat for lunch the rest of the week. Chilli Tofu is a delicious Chinese recipe that can be prepared on any occasion. As the name suggests, the main ingredients used to prepare this mouth-watering and spicy dish are tofu cubes, red pepper.

Steps to make Tofu chilli:
  1. Tofu chilli: - -Cut Tofu in small pieces - -Make cornflour and water mix paste - - dip the Tofu in the paste and fry it to get crispiness
  2. Gravy: - - take 2-3 spoons of olive oil, add capcisum, chillies, cabbage and fry for 2-3 minutes, - - add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, Vinegar and Salt to taste -Add water for gravy and stir for a while (you can add tomato ketchup if you want,, it's optional) - - make cornflour and water mixture and add it to the gravy and cook for 3-4 mins on a medium flame till your gravy turns thick Add Tofu pieces and in the gravy to get thickness, mix it.
  3. You can have it along with the semi stirred rice with same veggies (capsicum and cabbage finely chopped)

Tofu stands in for the cheese in this vegan version of chilli paneer. Made with a fiery sauce and seared peppers and onions, this spicy Indian-inspired meal will knock your socks off! The tofu is seared in oil infused with whole garlic cloves. It's topped with a flavorful sweet & spicy sauce made with chili sauce, honey and soy sauce (or Bragg's Liquid Aminos). This vegetarian and vegan chili recipe packs twice the protein punch with both beans and tofu as well as plenty of flavor from chili powder, bell peppers, mushrooms, and a touch.
