  8. Coconut Rice: - Heat oil in a large pan.
  9. Add rice and stir over heat until rice is coated.
  10. Add water and cream. Simmer gently, low heat, for 15 mins with the lid on.
  11. Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes. This will finish the cooking of the rice. Fluff with a fork and serve.
