- Prepare 3 big onions

- Cut onions into diced shape, and heat ur souce pan, put your onions and add enough cooking oil.
- Add garlic and Ginger and stir until they are golden brown.
- Add meat and let them fry
- Cook your meat until its tender, add cinnamon powder, pilau masala and royco cubes
- Once the meat is soft, wash your rice and add it
- Continue stirring until the meat it mixed up.
- Add water upto the level of your rice and season
- Cook until water is dried up and put some charcoal on top of the lid and leave for sometime.
- Serve when hot with some refreshment…….. And enjoy your Christmas
