Soak the soya chunks in the cold water for at least one hour. Add the tins of tomatoes, herbs, chopped chilli, chilli powder to taste, kidney beans, chopped peppers, drained soya chunks and.   7. Add cubed capsicum and saute well till raw aroma of capsicum disappears.
  8. Now add - Tomato Sauce, soy sauce, chill sauce and vinegar.
  9. Now add salt and crushed pepper. Saute well.
  10. Add cor flour Slurry and saute till gravy is thickened and turns glossy.
  11. Now add fried Soya Chunks and mix well
  12. Transfer Soya Chilli in a serving plate and serve hot with fried rice or as a starter.
