- First make a normal atta dough and boil potatoes mash the potatoes and add chopped onion, all dry masalas

- Start folding from the top to bottom.
- And make layers and then close the layer by rolling from all the sides.
- As show in pic close the layer and place on rolling board and roll softly and place on pan or tawa.
- Spread the ghee on both the sides and cook till it turns crispy.
- Serve the layered paratha with dahi or butter.
