Serve this bharwa parwal sabji with jeera paratha, roti, daal and jeera rice or Bharwa Parwal Recipe - A delicious homely recipe of pointed gourd stuffed with gram flour / peanut powder filling & cooked in onion tomato gravy. - Boil the soybean with salt in hot water for 5 minutes. Now squeeze out the soybean water.
- Make a paste of onion, ginger and garlic in the grinder. Cut the parwal and potato into round pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and put soybeans, parwal and potatoes in it and fry it on medium flame until it becomes golden.
- Now add remaining oil in the pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, fenugreek seeds and bay leaves. Now add chopped onion and stir it. After the onion is golden, add paste to it.
- Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander powder and roast it well. Add tomato and fry the spices on low flame. Add fry soybeans, potatoes and parwal to it.
- Add salt, water and prepare gravy. - Cook it on low heat. Turn off the gas and garnish with coriander.
- Serve Spicy Soyabin Parwal Gravy with Roti or Rice.
