  1. In a pan put 1 cup water boil it.add pumpkin pieces.
  2. Boil it till soft pieces.
  3. Take it out.drain the water,press the pumpkin.mash it little.
  4. Keep it a side.
  5. Take pan Heat it.put butter let it be hot.add fenugreek seeds, crackle it.
  6. Add onion Fry it 2 minutes.
  7. Add all powdered spice,sprinkle some water.fry it little.
  8. Add pumpkin Fry it.
  9. Add curd mix it.adding the curd flame should be low.
  10. Add kaju paste.mix it.
  11. Add cream or malai,mix it.
  12. Sprinkle garlic powder mix it.
  13. Sprinkle fennal powder,mix it.
  14. Remove it from the flame.
  15. Serve it in bowl,add dryfruits.
  16. Garnish it with mint leaves.
