Instructions to make Stuffed masala bhindi:
- Wash the bhindi and let it dry. Then make a cut in each bhindi length wise without cutting through the entire length.it should still be joint at one end.do this with every bhindi and then set them aside.
- Take a large bowl and add coriander powder, dry mango powder (amchur) red chilli powder,garam masala,salt,hing and turmeric etc. Mix all the speiecs together with a spoon.
- Take one bhindi and stuff it with the prepared masala. Repeat with the remaining bhindi. Stuff them well with a generous amount of masala. Set them aside.heat 4 table spoon of oil in a kadaie on a medium flame. Place the stuffed bhindi in the kadaie. After 2 minutes lower the heat to medium low and cover the kadie. After 2 minutes open the kadaie and carefully flip each bhindi.this will take around 15-20 minutes on low heat.you can squeeze some lemon juice on top.Now bhindi is ready.
