  1. Wash the bhindi and let it dry. Then make a cut in each bhindi length wise without cutting through the entire length.it should still be joint at one end.do this with every bhindi and then set them aside.

Set them aside.heat 4 table spoon of oil in a kadaie on a medium flame. Place the stuffed bhindi in the kadaie. After 2 minutes lower the heat to medium low and cover the kadie. After 2 minutes open the kadaie and carefully flip each bhindi.this will take around 15-20 minutes on low heat.you can squeeze some lemon juice on top.Now bhindi is ready.
