- Get 1/2 glass water
- Take 2 small (green) cardamom
- Prepare 4 cloves
- Prepare 1 inch cinnamon

Steps to make Paneer Masala:
- 1st Marination. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Take the cheese pieces into a bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tbsp garam masala and 1 tbsp water. Give a quick mix. And rest it for 30 minutes.
- Take a pan or kadahi heat up and add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee. Add cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp corinder powder, along with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom (all three have to be roughly crushed). Add finely chopped onion. And cook it untill it changes it's colour to translucent.
- When onion changes it's colour then add finely chopped garlic and ginger into it. Cook it until golden brown in colour. now add all the spices like 1/2tbsp salt red chilli powder (as per ur taste) 1/2 tbsp corinder powder 1/2tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 garam masala Kashmiri mirch powder kitchen king masala. Cook it for 1 minutes at mediun to low flame.
- Add 3 finely chopped or roughly chopped puri of Tomatoes. Give a mix. Cover it with lid for 5 minutes. Afterthat keep the lid side and cook it for more 5 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. And again cook it for 1 minute. Now your masala is ready.
- Now take a pan and heat it up with 1 tbsp oil. And add ur marinated cheese and give a mix very gently otherwise cheese cubes may have break. This process is for giving extra softness to cheese.
- Add the cheese cubes into masala(gravy). Add 1/2 glass water. Add cook it for 5 minutes.
- Your paneer masala is ready.
- Enjoy it with lacha paratha or as you like….add π
