- Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds,curry leaves and red dried chilli. - Then add onions and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now add sliced carrot, Capsicum and soaked Chana dal to it and stir fry on high flame till vegetables becomes tender and crispy.
- Now add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,vinegar. Mix well and Stir. - Now Add Salt and Red chilli powder and mix well. - Add idli and gently toss them until the idli's are coated well with the sauce.
- Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes and turn off the stove. - Serve hot with coconut chutney.
