Aloo Dum is an easy Indian food recipe prepared with baby potatoes that are simmered in a yogurt based sauce and spiced with garam masala. Goes well with rotis or rice. - Firstly boiled potatoes and let cool down & remove the skin from potatoes. Heat oil in Kadhai & add potatoes and fry then in the same oil add lengthwise onion and saute until light pink.
- Let it cool down in mixer jar then add tomatoes and fry onion ginger garlic green chillies. Grind it into a fine paste. Heat oil in kadhai add gravy saute and in it put salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, kasuri, methi and mix well to a fine paste of peanuts. Add in gravy mix well add 1 glass water & fry potatoes and cover it for 10 min low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves on top.
