Instructions to make Sinasir or Rice pancakes:
  1. Soak 2 cups of white rice over night
  2. Wash and rinse it. Cook a handful and blend the rest. Mash the cooked rice and add to the paste.
  3. Add yeast,sugar, salt baking powder and yoghurt.
  4. Use a whisk and whisk it till its creamy and fluffy. Keep it in a warm place for an hour.
  5. Fry in a nonstick pan and serve with vegetable soup, honey sugar, caramel or strawberry syrup.
