- Take the flour in a bowl. Add the salt and half the oil in the dough and mix well with hand.
- Then add water and Knead the dough.
- Knead till the dough is non-sticky and soft but not too soft or runny
- Message the rest of the oil on the dough and cover it with the wet cloth. Keep the dough aside for 10-15min.
- Take another bowl and smash the potato in it. Smash till there is no more lumps.
- Now add the onion, ginger, coriander, cheese and the spices to it and mix well
- Take the dough and divide it into 3-4 balls.
- Roll the balls into small circles and put generous amount of stuffing into it and make then into balls again.
- Now roll the balls flat but make sure the stuffing doesn’t gets out.
- Put little oil on the tawa and fry each paratha till each side perfectly browned.
- Serve hot with curd or pickle or both and enjoy.
