- Now add fruit salt and two tsp water over it.Mix the batter gently.
- Grease the microwave safe idli mold or idli maker mould. Pour the sufficient batter in the molds
- Add half cup water into the idli maker of microwave (if you are cooking on gas then heat 1 glass water in the idli steamer)
- Now place it into the idli maker.and microwave at 60% power for 5-6 minutes.(On gas cooking you should cook it about 15 -20 minutes) Check it with toothpick if it's clean, take out the stand and let it cool down completely.
- Serve with coconut and green chutney.
