  4. Grease the microwave safe idli mold or idli maker mould. Pour the sufficient batter in the molds
  5. Add half cup water into the idli maker of microwave (if you are cooking on gas then heat 1 glass water in the idli steamer)
  6. Now place it into the idli maker.and microwave at 60% power for 5-6 minutes.(On gas cooking you should cook it about 15 -20 minutes) Check it with toothpick if it's clean, take out the stand and let it cool down completely.
  7. Serve with coconut and green chutney.
